[OZAPRS] WXSVR-AU

Hi Jack and others...

I have been checking the Direwolf window during the APRS sessions, and
almost all of my exchanges are via VK3RMD-1  ... not RSA-1 ...  does that
help with why I can not receive any messages from the WXSVR-AU server ??
