[OZAPRS] High Altitude Balloons

Good morning,
                         I was wondering if anyone has had any tracking experience with high altitude balloons? I have had a request from a local school in Dubbo for a project for a senior class. There was an article in Amateur Radio magazine a few years ago, does anyone have a copy of it or know which issue it was?

any help/ideas is welcomed.
