[OZAPRS] Fill In Digi needed

I'm not voting either way on rx only igates. Some scribes on a US aprs
list claim they break messaging but what's the experience in the land of
Oz? I've personally found aprs messaging to be useless; maybe others
have used it with success. Just asking out of curiosity.
