[OZAPRS] Fill In Digi needed

Hi Bob,
There is nothing wrong with using a WIDE1-1 to fill in a local area,
ideally you want your fill-in digi to hit VK2HIM. The whole point of a
WIDE1-1, is to pick up local stations and throw them up to the WIDE2's for
distribution. Once upon a time they were called RELAY's, until the new
WIDEx-n paradigm came into effect.
Your RX only iGate wont cause problems, APRS-IS removes dupes server side
*before* distribution.
I'd +1 APRX as Scott has suggested, you might like to search Owen VK1OD's
website for information on what he worked on previously. There are some
fixes to APRX's digi system that are well worth the effort (
https://github.com/owenduffy). I've been running a rPi RX Only iGate here
in VK5 for the past 5 or so years, they work well.
YMMV.
