[OZAPRS] Fw: 40M APRS frequencies

Thanks Gerard.

I had a minor issue with direwolf using the wrong tones earlier, it
appears that
the config line "MODEM 300" will cause 1600 & 1800 tones to be used but
"MODEM 300 # [comment]" causes 1200 & 1800 Hz tones.
After sorting that out I still didn't have any luck on either of the
frequencies, but my noise floor on 40m is S9+20 here today.

But I did manage to decode a couple of frames on 7047.17 a few minutes ago:

2017-12-03 18:10:58 VK4ALN-2 audio level = 52(18/15)   [NONE]   |||
[2.1] VK4ALN-2>VK2RX:(UA res, f=1)

2017-12-03 18:11:04 VK4ALN-2 audio level = 49(18/18)   [NONE]   |||
[2.1] VK4ALN-2>VK2RX:(UA res, f=1)

2017-12-03 18:11:05 VK4ALN-2 audio level = 50(17/16)   [NONE]   |||
[2.1] VK4ALN-2>VK2RX:(I cmd, n(s)=0, n(r)=0, p=0,
pid=0xf0)[KAM-XL-1.0-HM$]<0x0d>93056 BYTES AVAILAB

Increasing tx power didn't help, so will try from a better location when
I get a chance.
