[OZAPRS] Igate

Justin, I see that VK2RHR-1 uses one of those according to the web site. It
used to bounce packets around with the digipeater on Macquarie Pass,
resulting in receiving packets several times.
As you have a lot of experience with the hardware, would this be a
misconfiguration?
