[OZAPRS] Melbourne APRS Digipeater Status

Tony,

Firstly thanks for your help while the network was down, I noted that your station gated a my traffic often when inward out east of Melbourne, and gave coverage around the Christmas hills area, where often other digi's didn't or in fact still won't

Could I offer some ideas on
