[OZAPRS] Something is wrong, this is a fixed location.

Looks like it's a UI-View plugin that's been written as a 'good idea' to
turn APRS into a BBS network... (UI-Store and Forward) ??? In VK,
VK4FY-2 is running this software, and this is where all the traffic is
originating from.

A quick search on aprs.fi for MAIL_FOR shows a few stations globally
running the same software, and interestingly they all have the same
problem with their raw posits - not sure exactly what is wrong, but
SOMETHING is pretty wrong with the plugin as it's sending garbage
packets into the network.

At a minimum VK4FY-2 should change the frequency of these beacons to
maybe once per hour rather than every 5 minutes as seems to be currently
configured.....

Jut took a look at the duplicate packet logs on first and
second.aprs.net.au and they are chokkas with of this stuff.
