[OZAPRS] Something is wrong, this is a fixed location.

I'd be questioning what these NETACTIVE and MAIL_FOR objects are, and
who is sending them.

The string on the end of the NETACTIVE beacon is a list of weather
warnings sent out by WXSVR-AU - but why whoever NETACTIVE is is picking
them up and spamming the APRS stream with rubbish is beyond me....

Looking back through the posts on this subject all teh bad packets
appear to be from some automatic system that is injecting stuff that is
completely irrellevant into the stream.

MAIL_FOR
NETACTIVE
STORE_FWD

APRS is not a BBS system - someone out there is trying to use it as
one....
