[OZAPRS] RA1AMW?!?!

The Actual ability to correctly identify myself according to those ZL
regs on my VX-8 prompted me to get a ZL call when I went over there.
Having family over there makes it a snap to do this, and the no fees
makes it a no-brainer when visiting "East Bondi"

When using voice, compliance is not an issue, it was the fact that I
wanted to use APRS whilst over there that prompted me to get a ZL license

Yes, it is a pity that the regulations are so far moved from reality as
to how to acheive the necessary compliance.
