[OZAPRS] VK5THB-1 Fill-in Digi

All,

Been meaning to send a status update regarding VK5THB-1 Fill-in Digi in
Morgan.

Well the bad news is that The Power at the site is non-existent at the
moment. Our Batteries for power have past their used by date, and it will
be sometime in November before I can replace them.  (Yeah, A Suitable
Battery costs around $500 - and this is something that just has to wait).

The Good news is that as soon as I sort out the power side of things it
will be back on the Air.
