[OZAPRS] Advice wanted, tracking a walking person

I've used the APRS app on my Android Magic and was surprised how well it did
work.

It would be even better if smart beaconing could be added by the author!

Take a look for VK2POO-7 on aprs.fi and you'll see a track from Tweed Hds
down the highway.

Assuming you have mobile coverage in the intended area there is no legal
impediment to a Foundation licence holder carrying the phone with the app
running.
