You could try the Byonics Micro Tracker All-in-One, which is based on
the popular TinyTrak3. I thought that ArgentData (makers of the
OpenTracker range) had a similar product, but I can't find it on their
web site.
As for Tony's comments about the station being under the direct
control of the licensee, section 9.1.c (page 12) of the LCD allows a
loophole for stations in "automatic modes" like packet radio, which
would also cover APRS. Otherwise, some Amateurs would probably be in
trouble when their spouse or children take the car out for a drive :-)
