[OZAPRS] Advice wanted, tracking a walking person

Hello James,

Taking your questions at face value, a look at the LCDs indicates no to
questions 2, 3, 4 & 5. In answering question 1, an amateur station must
always be under the direct control of a licenced operator who holds a
current Standard or Advanced licence.
