I thought that ArgentData (makers of the OpenTracker range) had a similar product, but I can't find it on their web site.</div><div><br></div><div>As for Tony's comments about the station being under the direct control of the licensee, section 9.1.c (page 12) of the LCD allows a loophole for stations in "automatic modes" like packet radio, which would also cover APRS.
