[OZAPRS] APRS Messenger

I wonder if anyone has noticed the presence/arrival of APRS messenger ?

I notice this web page from the US is recomending 10.147.6 USB for this with a 2100 Hz shift.

Once the sun cycle starts to improve we will start to get this appearing on the 30m APRS frequency.
What will this do to the 30m APRS 300 Bd net ?
