[OZAPRS] Alinco 635 TNC

My understanding (and feel free to correct me if I've missed the point) is
that when mobile I have the CTCSS enabled on Tx and Rx, that way my radio is
silent and I don't hear any packets - unless another mobile doing the same
is in range and has tones enabled - we hear each others packets and can QSY
for a yarn.

The manner it is not working is - the beacons are not being relayed to the
Internet and it is not sending location packets.

I have googled the tasco modem and have found some info which I'll sort
through and see if that helps me...
