[OZAPRS] 30m worked so now Rx on 40m 7.036.50

Hi.. not a case of being wrong! just needed a little more info so I
could attempt to listen! I'm using a PK-232MBX (32110/2310Hz) so if
you're using 7036 as a dial reference (really 7.036.510) It can get
confusing as for HF packet it's sometimes best to quote a centre freq.
as the its up to the end user to compensate for their equipment! 

So I'm locked on 7.036.510 LSB (dial) -2210 gives centre freq of
7.034.300MHz
