  thanks for the reply. Yes these beacons are received by vk3jtm-5 who  operates a rx only sgate. These beacons are forwarded by him to the net and they appear on the maps. My station also receives them and forwards them on to the net but they don't seem to end up on the maps. I never see my posit on a map which was forwarded by my station as happens with vk8zma's beacons. So I am wondering if it is simply a bug in the newer version of aprsd?
