[OZAPRS] Soundmodem

- You don't need any ax.25 support in the kernel at all. You don't need
any ax25tools stuff. The only software you need is soundmodem and Xastir.
- Run soundmodemconfig and set up an interface (afsk, 1200bps, mkiss
driver).
- run soundmodem. This will create a device /dev/soundmodem0. Look to
see if packets are displayed (they will be displayed to the console you
ran soundmodem on). If you see data, proceed to the next step.
- run Xastir and set up a new interface to use the /dev/soundmodem0 device.

Once it's all working, you need to find a way to start soundmodem
automatically on boot-up. There are various ways - from writing an rc
file to sticking it in something like /etc/rc.local.

If you need help with any specifics, let me know.
Oh, and don't bother trying soundmodem on HF/SSB. It doesn't work. Go on
- someone prove me wrong (please!!!)
