[OZAPRS] GEO files in XASTIR

.geo files are not maps

.geo files are the files that go with a map image.

The .geo file tells xastir what the extremeties of the map image are.

For example. 

andrew.jpg would have a corresponding andrew.geo file

The .geo file is picked up by xastir and read.

It tells how big the image is, what latitude and longitude the image file
covers.
