[OZAPRS] VK2 APRS 'New n-N Paradigm'

I lived adjacent to Charmhaven for 21 years and VK2RAG coverage of that 
area is excellent, in general. VK2RAG uses VK2INT-1 as the Igate. The 
DB0ANF server shows both stations are active.
