[OZAPRS] VK2 APRS 'New n-N Paradigm'

Two I-gates Damien one at Campbelltown and another at Newcastle. Both of 
these can hear VK2RAG direct. If not direct the traffic will make its way
to 
Campbelltown via VK2JPJ-1 in Sydneys CBD. Could you message your call and
