[OZAPRS] Using a thd7ag as a fill-in digi using uiview32

Dear all,
 
I am trying to setup my thd7ag as a fill-in digi using uiview32 without
luck. 
 
The d7 works fine when connected to uiview and sends my beacon and
receives positions fine when setup as a d7. I read somewhere that
digipeating only works when in KISS mode, however I can't seem to get it
to work. 
 
Before I spend more time, is what I'm trying to do possible?
