For clarity, you cannot "trap" a last hop, except at the Digi
which is the "next-to-last hop. Let me think a bit... In my
last email I suggested maybe all mobiles use the 3 hop path of
WIDE1-1,WIDE2-2 and then let "midway digis" trap "WIDE2-1" to
keep them from entering an area that does not want to see them
from that direction.

But I don't think this will work if we try to use this technique
to trap the middle of a 3 hope packet that begins as WIDE3-3.
Its middle hop will be WIDE3-2... Well, yes it can be used that
way. At these same middle digis, (between two metro areas that
don't want to see each other) then these middle digis can trap
"WIDE2-1" and "WIDE3-2". This will let them be a firewall
between the two metro areas for both mobiles and fixed stations
using 3 hop paths of either type (W1-1,W2-2 for mobiles and W3-3
for home stations)...

We may need to think this through a bit more, but it looks like
a possibility.??
