[OZAPRS] European v US Lets Finialise it Now!

Hi Folks
 
Whilst I am sure that the intention of those sending them is justified
there
have been so many emails on this subject that I have given up reading
anything but the odd one or two.
 
Can those who are actively interested in making a change, if one is really
required here in VK, get together with those who feel there is no need for
such a change to make a final decision.
 
When this decision is agreed to and made send a separate, with different
subject title, email to all those of us active on APRS so that we can if
necessary make changes within our systems.
 
Whilst I personally so no need for change I am though quite happy to go
along with what the majority agree on.
 
Enough is enough lets finialise it.
