At the risk of being the lone voice of dissent, I think that we should
all aspire to the advanced license...

Apart from bands, the other privileges that could differ are power
levels and the ability to use unapproved equipment. Both of these are
limited to some extent in the lower grades already. I think the balance
is reasonable.

The foundation licensees aren't allowed on packet, by the way.
