[OZAPRS] APRS HF beacon rates

Gday,
Ive noticed a lot of station running HF with excessive beacon/posit
rates.
You are sharing this single frequency with hundreds of other operators
around the world, with skip conditions you never know where your signal
will
go.
Remember to consider all other users of the HF network .
Using a beacon rate of ½ to 1 minutes is ok for tuning and testing for a
short time, however it is NOT ok the leave your tracker beaconing at this
rate continuously.
When you have finished tuning Remember to so set your beacon rate to 10
minutes as per the VK HF Guide
