[OZAPRS] VK2RHR digipeater High Range

Hi all,I'm new to the APRS game and have a question.Is it possible to
use the High Range digipeater VK2RHR on 144.950 for APRS input?if so,how
do I have to set my tinytrak to get it to work.If not,what can be done
to enable it?
It would be very useful to have this area covered.
