[OZAPRS] VK1/VK2 network issues

Howdy Folks,

Looks like we might have a few issues with VK2AMW-2's coverage being a
little large? I'm sitting here watching the RF log on the igate, and the
traffic we're seeing is pretty amazing.. (Granted the last 10 minutes we
had
96 packets, compared to the average over the previous hour of 50-60 per 10
mins)

Firstly there's a bit of duplication happening with the two VK2AMW's
