[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Network Update.....

Hi,

 

Due to storms in eastern Melbourne VK3RMD-1 has lost mains power and is
running on batteries.

The batteries should last for about 35 to 40 hrs, so if mains power is not
restored the system will run until about 11pm tomorrow night.

 

You may have noticed the AC-OFFRMD object on VK3RMD-1, this is the
SiteAlert alarm indicating that the mains power has failed at the site.
You can see the health of the batteries at
http://vk3.aprs.net.au/digi_site_graphs.htm This information is compiled
from SiteAlert telemetry. The digipeater will switch itself off when the
voltage gets to about 10.8V.
