[OZAPRS] Ozi-APRS to UIView

Tony,
Try netAPRS and connect to UI-View from there instead of trying to connect
to the GPS string for NEMA. You only need to feed the GPS NMEA into
UI-View.
You may be able to do this for OziAPRS as well.
Then Track your vehicle in OziExplorer.
