[OZAPRS] National APRS digi QRG's ????

Here is an update of the aprs frequencies in use for VK7

145.175 is being implemented & now in use for the Northern half of VK7.

147.575 is currently in use in the Southern half of the state but
anticipate changing to 145.175 in the near future when some licensing
issues are overcome.

When this occurs the National APRS frequency of 145.175 will be used
statewide.
