[OZAPRS] WXSVR-AU

G'day Pete,

Since the reply messages are being generated (as evidenced by aprs.fi) - it
seems WXSVR-AU is functioning with no issues. From a quick lookup on that
site I notice you're getting heard by VK3RSA-1, perhaps this iGate is
configured to prevent TXing those particular messages?

Not very conclusive but I thought I'd chime in with my hypothesis.
