[OZAPRS] Two bits of news...

Hi all,

I met Andrew Rich when I worked for AirServices Australia. He was a
tech up in Brisbane that certainly knew a lot more about radar
compared to the average tech. We soon discovered that we had AR and
interest in electronics in common. Very sorry to hear about his
passing. Do we know what happened?
