[OZAPRS] U-blox GPS

The newer uBlox USB GPS I have units talk direct USB from a uBlox chipset,
which is a QFN device. You can tell which ones these are by the fact they
appear as an 'ACM serial' device under linux (.e.g /tty/devACM0)

There is probably a UART available somewhere on the QFN chip, but it would
be a lot of work to wire it up.
