[OZAPRS] Direwolf config help

Hi Wade,

I set up a temporary W1 digi a few weeks ago, and wanted to transmit the
local weather alerts too.
This is the igate->RF filter I used:
FILTER IG 0 ( t/m ) | ( b/WXSVR*/SYDBFA )

To troubleshoot your filters, start direwolf with '-d f' args, it shows
the matching process for each packet as they arrive.
