[OZAPRS] APRS iGate message

Hi Peter,

Your packets are showing up as:

i.e. they are missing the time and position data.

Looking at the WX3IN1 Mini User Manual, the gpsxxx fields should get the
corresponding values substituted in when it has a GPS fix. Do you have a
GPS connected? If not, change the Beacon "Enable if" setting to "GPS
fix" or "Never" for the beacon with the gpsxxx fields in the message string.
