[OZAPRS] APRS iGate message

Hi Group,

I’m hoping someone can answer some questions for me please.

I have an APRS iGate VK3RYN-1.
When I look at the raw data, it is constantly showing a message “Delayed or Out of Order Packet (Timestamp)”

What does this mean?
Is it a problem, either for the node or the network?
If it is, how do I fix it?
