[OZAPRS] rtl_fm

I am making a raspbeery pi based APRS igate

 

I am up to the stage of installing everything 

 

But rtl_fm is asking for a bias tee option.

 

Does someone have an rtl_fm that works with an rtl dongle that does not ask
for a bias tee ?
