[OZAPRS] more strange stuff coming out of VK2RHR-1

Scott I read in some implementations there is the option to drop all the
digipeater path history , leaving only the source and distribution type
(like WIDE2-1), in order to reduce airtime, and improve reliability. of
course there are debug downsides.

is this common-place in VK ?
