[OZAPRS] more strange stuff coming out of VK2RHR-1

If there was an issue with the rules in RGI-1 (or any digi for that matter), should it not affect all packets going through it?

This is and example of what I am seeing here in Wagga off RWG-1, which appear to be normal

Although I note that these packets appear to be WIDE2-2 as opposed to WIDE2-1. So that may help nail it down if it is a rule problem with RGI-1
