[OZAPRS] more strange stuff coming out of VK2RHR-1

Have to agree with Josh on this one.. No config changes have done at RHR-1
since I change it to a WIDE-1 digi a couple of years ago.. Maybe a rule
setting in RGI-1 digi setup..
