[OZAPRS] Status of the HF network ?

The OpenTracker units cannot receive 300 baud APRS, and hence they cannot
tell if the channel is in use.
So, you are likely to blat over the top of someone else.

Something like the UDRC-II + DireWolf looks like a good,
responsible-channel-use solution.
