[OZAPRS] Fill In Digi needed

You'd be surprised with APRS messaging... there's parts of it that unless
you go look you'd not find.

I thought it wasn't really used either and on the odd occasion sent some
frivolous messages to CQCQCQ...  when I got a reply APRS message from a
German Amateur responding to my frivolous message I sort of stopped.
 There is more too it than meets the eye with iGates and having people gate
to RF.

Messaging has it's place, like I've mentioned it's great for getting a
message to someone to QSY.  However doing this whilst driving is not
explicitly listed in the road traffic act like a mobile, one can still be
in trouble for driving with undue care, so I generally don't rock the
boat....   Ditto on the Codan HF that has the same messaging features
(*grin*).
