[OZAPRS] PS-71 Aprs PICO balloon MEL-ADL

How often does it transmit during day/night?
Seeing some fairly large gaps between transmissions (or at least ones that
are getting into APRS / Habitat).
I've left a receiver running on 434.649 MHz overnight, so hopefully it will
see something.
