[OZAPRS] Fw: 40M APRS frequencies

actually I am a bit puzzled about why it started working when the sun 
went down.

I ran some simulations and predictions, and the only thing I can come up 
with is that there was some E layer blanketing and your antenna (or the 
receiver antenna) wouldnt support the low E layer propagation angles 
efficently...
