[OZAPRS] Fw: 40M APRS frequencies

Hi Gavin,
That's what I was using initially, but my SBC's under-clocked CPU wasn't
coping too well with the extra load so I commented out the 7 at 30 decoders
to use the default 3 at 30Hz - and that is what caused the incorrect tone
pair to be selected.
