[OZAPRS] ISS gate RTLSDR

The Raspberry Pi model 2's have just enough grunt to run rtl_fm and the
direwolf AFSK demod. This is how the VK5NEX-5 RX only igate works.

You'd want to be changing the RX frequency of course, and probably put a
preamp in front of the RTLSDR, as their 'native' performance isn't that
good.
