Eh, let's try writing this a third time (my software keeps deleting my
drafts).

The raspberry pi CPU might struggle, but it should be doable. It's a two
step process, first you need to demodulate the FM, I'd suggest GNU Radio
for that.

Then you need to route that audio through a virtual cable.

And let the Linux afsk modem do the rest of the work.
